Terms of Service

Terms for evaluating and using Evidex
Sep 11, 2026

Acceptance and scope

These terms apply when you access the Evidex website, evidence workspace, or a pilot integration. An organization's separate written agreement with the Evidex operator controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Evidence support, not medical advice

Evidex organizes reviewed sources into traceable evidence outputs for professional evaluation. It does not diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, determine eligibility, or replace clinical judgment. Users must independently review cited sources, current labels, trial records, patient context, and applicable rules before making a clinical or operational decision.

The public demo has a deliberately limited set of supported diseases, biomarkers, and variants. A result, missing result, rank, or summary must not be interpreted as a complete review of all available evidence.

Authorized use

You may use Evidex only for lawful professional evaluation and within the access granted to you. You must not:

  • enter directly identifying patient information into the public demo;
  • attempt to bypass access controls, inspect another organization's data, or disrupt the service;
  • represent generated output as an autonomous medical decision or regulatory determination;
  • remove source attribution or misstate the scope, release, or status of an output; or
  • use the service in a way that infringes another party's rights.

Accounts and security

Where account access is enabled, you are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify your Evidex administrator or implementation lead promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Sources and intellectual property

Evidex software, presentation, and original product content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Underlying publications, labels, trial records, guidelines, and other third-party sources remain subject to their respective owners' terms and rights. Access to a citation through Evidex does not transfer rights in that source.

Availability and changes

Pilot capabilities may change as coverage, evidence packages, and integration controls mature. Evidex may suspend access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or protection of the service.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Evidex is provided on an as-available basis. Evidence can be incomplete, superseded, or affected by source availability. No warranty is made that an output is exhaustive or appropriate for a particular patient or purpose.

Questions

For questions about these terms, contact the Evidex administrator or implementation lead identified by your organization.

Updates

These terms may be updated as the product and deployment model mature. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
